Do I Need a Will?

If you do not have a will or other estate planning documents, your property will be distributed according to intestate succession laws. Additionally, without the proper documents in place, a court may determine a guardian for your minor children or appoint a conservator or guardian to manage your affairs should you become incapacitated.

None of these topics is pleasant to discuss; however, ensuring that your family and loved ones are cared for and aware of your wishes is an invaluable gift.

If you have questions about creating a new estate plan or updating your estate planning documents, please call for a complimentary consultation.
